Processing/Pending - Payment Approved - Shipped - Update - Delivered
 
Processing/Pending - Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Processing/Pending Status. Payment Approved - Once your order has been verified by someone at karenmillennetherlands.com your order will be elevated to the next status which is Payment Approved and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 1-2 business days.

Shipped - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 12-24 hours.

Update - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but highly depends on the courier. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.

Other Possible Statuses:

Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept cancelling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.

Refunded - If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 3 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Buyer pays for shipping back to karenmillennetherlands.comin original condition & packaging. After inspection the refunds will be credited to original credit card only.

Do not send return and exchange packages to this address on the delivery receipt directly. please email us first, we will issue a full instruction on how to send the products back to us and the address of the warehouse to send your order back to.

Please make sure you have your order number included in the email for quicker processing. But orders could not be cancelled once shipped. Please contact us if you no longer want the order after your order is processed and shipped, you need to return the order after its delivery. Under no circumstances should you refuse the delivery and demand full refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund if the delivery was refused. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost if your address is unclaimed.

All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. karenmillenclothessale Shop is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

As for returned items, all are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons: Slight difference in color. (Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color), Customers are no longer interested in their items and package is returned back to our supplier because customer did not pick up/sign for the item.

Exchange
 In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, or the items with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back immediately, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Cancellation
If your order already was dispatched, we are so sorry that we can not to cancel it. You must return the parcel received for a refund. When we receive the return item, we will offer a refund within 15 business days. (All the shipping charges be paid by consumer, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded).
If it is stopped on time before delivery, will no any cancelation fee, we will offer refund as soon as possible.
